We are excited to invite you to an important community conversation aimed at making our library website more inclusive and accessible to patrons with disabilities. Your insights and ideas are crucial in ensuring that our library website is useful and easy to navigate for everyone.
Lunch is FREE and will be provided by Tiffany’s.
Anyone interested in making the library accessible to all is welcome to attend.
Funding for this project is provided by the American Library Association.
On March 11, 2024, the Commissioners passed Resolution 2024-13. This action will place the creation of the library district on the June 2024 ballot.
The proposed library district will:
- be county-wide
- have a 5 member board of trustees
- require a mill levy up to 13.49 mils (this will replace the current voted mill levy of 3.49 mills)
